At Tour At Himalaya, we strive to make your booking experience seamless and transparent. Please read the following booking policy carefully before confirming your travel.

📌 General Guidelines

Bookings can be made via our website, WhatsApp, or email. A minimum advance is required to secure your booking. All travelers must carry a valid government-issued ID during the tour.

🔄 Date Change / Rescheduling

You may reschedule your trip once, if requested at least 10 days before departure. It’s subject to availability and any applicable price difference.

Note: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after cancellation.

  • All bookings are subject to availability until confirmed.
  • In case of cancellations due to natural disasters or government restrictions, we may issue a credit note or reschedule.
  • The company holds the right to modify the itinerary in the interest of safety or logistics.
